Alu-Crimp Sealing Machines

    • The Model RCS and RPC series of alu-crimp capping machines seal vials at speeds up to 24,000 vials per hour.
    • The intermittent motion RCS alu-crimp caps vials around an indexing star wheel. The high speed, continuous motion RPC crimps vials around a turret with up to 10 heads.
      An automatic reject and sampling station ejects vials with missing caps or removes a group of vials for seal force measurement. Both models compress the stopper and seal the vial with a free spinning disk designed to minimize particulate generation. Bulk feed systems and VLAF hoods are available to meet current industry standards
