Machine main characteristics:

 Machine frame made of non-oxidable material, with AISI 304 stainless steel panels, containing the motorization to drive the main units. 

Vibrating base and linear conveyor complete with minimum load sensor, to feed the rods into the unit inserting the rods into the syringe barrels

Linear conveyor, complete with minimum and maximum loads, to receive the barrels from the upstream machine to the entrance star wheel for the subsequent transfer to the main rod inserting unit. 

Main rod inserting unit, for the insertion of the rods into the syringe barrels. The rod can be inserted either by screwing down or pressure. This piece of information must be specified at the time of the order. 

Label application unit implemented after the rod insertion. Two reels available for an easy change by operator. 

Label printing unit for batch number/bar code printing. Substrate type (paper, plastic, …) and printing type (inkjet, laser, …) must be specified 

Printing quality check can be implemented (only presence, bar code, OCR/OCV, …) 

Set of size parts to handle one size of plunger rod/syringe barrel. 

Device to control the rod presence: if the rod is not present, the corresponding syringe barrel is not fed. 

Device to control the syringe barrel presence: if the barrel is not present, the corresponding rod is rejected
